Tiffany Ford, MA, LPC, NCC

Tiffany is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in the counseling and educational services of adolescents and adults. She is also a certified Teacher (Social Studies 4-12 and Special Education EC-12) and served as a classroom teacher for more than twenty years.  Tiffany regularly leads therapeutic groups for adolescents and adults within inpatient and outpatient facilities. She also mentors and supports young adults who are victims of abuse, trauma and neglect.
Tiffany utilizes multimodal therapy techniques as she believes most psychological challenges are multifaceted, multi-determined, and multilayered and that comprehensive therapy calls for a careful assessment of every client.  Since no two people have identical psychological experiences, Tiffany works to tailor therapy to meet the distinct needs of each individual.

Born in a small town in Indiana, Tiffany attended Purdue University and the University of Texas at San Antonio where she earned her B.A. in History and Sociology.  Tiffany holds Masters’ Degrees in Education Administration and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University.   Tiffany is a proud Army wife and mom to 3 children and 2 wonderful dogs.  When she's not in the office, Tiffany is likely to be cruising with her family, soaking up sun next to an ocean, cooking great meals or planning a new adventure.

Latasha Teamer, MS, LPC, LMFT

Watching your child struggle is heartbreaking. You’ve fought back several tears as you recount the days when your child was happy, confident, and full of life. You’d give anything to see them thriving again.  

Latasha is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and affectionately known as the kid person!

She's the one you want to bring your child to, because she major in minors!

Latasha helps your child resolve troubling emotions and behaviors, develop appropriate social skills, decrease impulsivity, and increase compliance, while sharing tips and tools that you can use to enhance success outside of sessions. Should your child begin to exhibit concerns in the academic setting, she can help with that too. As a certified General Education Teacher, she has in depth knowledge about the school system and utilize proven skills to ensure your child’s academic as well emotional success. You won’t have to dread attending another 504, IEP meeting, ARD, or parent/teacher conference. Latasha equips you with the skills to attend those meeting with confidence, knowing that the accommodations and strategies you agree on will address your child’s unique needs.

In addition to her expertise in all thing’s kids, she specializes in trauma and has received advanced training and certifications to offer a more comprehensive, healing experience. Latasha utilizes the cutting-edge techniques of EMDR and TF-CBT to resolve emotional, relational, and behavioral difficulties. She recognizes and responds to the signs and trauma symptoms being experienced, so a healthier, well-balanced life can be lived.

Hayley Willis, MS, LPC, NCC, EMDR, TFCBT-T

Adulting is chaotic, and navigating our thoughts and feelings can make it even more confusing. Hayley aims to empower you to target your concerns and discover new ways you can attain better satisfaction in life and personal wellness. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, Hayley offers a unique and eclectic approach to help you increase self-awareness, enhance relationships, and encourage your diversity through growth. Hayley draws from multiple therapeutic approaches and highlights collaboration with you to best tailor the treatment to meet your needs. Her goals are simple; focused on providing a secure and compassionate environment that fosters the client-counselor relationship and aids in your voyage to healing.


Hayley is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), certified in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma, and Narrative Therapy. Hayley’s skills best serve those experiencing needs in emotional regulation/disturbance, depression and anxiety, life coaching, life transitions (e.g., divorce, career changes, relationship changes, etc.), victim trauma, PTSD, crisis stabilization, and those with military/police affiliations.


Her educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, a Bachelor’s in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavioral Analysis, and an Associate’s Degree focusing on Forensic Psychology; she is also currently pursuing a Doctorate in Psychology.


Hayley grew up in a small mountain town located in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of Northern California. Hayley loves to travel and has lived in many different states across the USA due to military relocations. She’s a certified scuba diver and working on her skydiving license. When she’s not assisting clients or working on her doctoral assignments, she loves to spend time with her husband and three spoiled kitties while putting her creative efforts into redecorating her home.

Jasmine Wilson, MS, LMFT-A

Jasmine Wilson is a Licensed Marriage and and Family Therapist-Associate, supervised by Tammy Fisher, MA
LPC-S, LMFT-S. Jasmine is a native of Los Angeles, California and earned a Bachelor’s of Arts from the University of California Riverside, and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from National University. Jasmine is a Navy Veteran and spouse, she has been married for 17 years and has three children. 

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, she understands that relationships can get difficult and at times seem impossible to navigate successfully. Jasmine speacializes in helping couples and families who feel like stress and anxiety are high, communication is flawed, and find difficulties confronting the issues effectively. She works diligently to help individuals step out of the fog, begin to identify and enhance healthy behaviors, communicate effectively to resolve conflict, and confront negative thought patterns. She aims to challenge each individual to develop the skills necessary to approach life from a clear view of self. 

Jasmine’s experiences over the past 20 years in the military community have also sparked her desire to assist military families to overcome the many challenges that service members and dependents face.

Madalyn Alvarez, Graduate Intern

Madalyn, affectionately know as Madi, is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a focus on Trauma and Crisis, through Walden University. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.


Madi was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and continues to pursue her counseling career in Texas. She firmly believes in utilizing a person-centered approach to encourage her clients to regain control over their lives and find healthy coping techniques to deal with the daily stressors of life. In her downtime, Madi works as an indoor spin instructor and spends time with her husband and three-year-old son.


Madi believes that life is unpredictable and sometimes things happen outside of our control. She wants to encourage her clients to embrace the things they can control to help them feel empowered to conquer life’s challenges!

Ashley Martinez, Graduate Intern

Ashley is pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Texas A&M University-Kingsville. In 2019, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Science and Disorders and a minor in Psychology. Ashley was born in Austin, Texas, and raised in a small town called Nixon.


Coming from a rural community, Ashley understands the need to advocate for mental health. Ashley believes in providing clients with a safe and therapeutic environment and empowering them to fulfill their goals. In her downtime, Ashley enjoys exploring different towns and their history. She also enjoys expanding her food palate and hiking with friends.

Ashley Neal, Graduate Intern

Ashley is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with Capella University. Ashley graduated from the University of Memphis, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology.

Ashley was born at Clark Air Force Base, in Manilla, Philippines, but considers Tuscaloosa, AL as her home. Ashley has resided in San Antonio, TX for 5 years now, and plans on continuing her counseling career in San Antonio. Ashley prefers to practice from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Approach. Ashley believes that self-talk and internal dialogue is important to wellness, as well as inner-growth and a safe space for clients to explore self- actualizing.

When Ashley has free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, family and friends. She enjoys traveling and crafting, as well as working with her nonprofit organization.

Ashley believes that every path we take in life is predestined and no matter what we face, there is always a way to get through it. She believes in meeting clients where they are and helping them achieve overall wellness and stability.

Rocket, Therapy Dog in Training

Rocket is our beloved therapy dog in training. He has taken several classes to be able to support clients' therapeutic needs. Rocket is a Chow/German Shephard mix and loves grilled chicken, cheese and tummy rubs.
