Latasha Teamer, MS, LPC, LMFT
Latasha is the owner and clinical director of HOPE Therapeutic Alliance, formally known as H.O.P.E. Youth and Family Development. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in the counseling and educational services of children, adolescents, and adults. She is also a certified General Education Teacher (EC-6) and taught for several years as an elementary school teacher.
Latasha uses a multidisciplinary approach, as she believes that through collaboration clients are offered a wide range of options and services that meet their diverse needs in our growing society. Counseling from a Christian perspective, she enjoys assisting clients with conflict resolution skills, depression, anxiety, race-based trauma, life and family transitions, crisis stabilization, communication skills, and behavioral concerns. Her approach to treatment is always based on the clients’ needs, typically combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Play Therapy, Mindfulness and a variety of other therapies and techniques.
Born in Odessa, but raised in San Antonio, Latasha gained her Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Services from Wayland Baptist University and was awarded a Master of Science in Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University. Balancing her professional and personal life, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. When she's not in the office, she is traveling with her family, enjoying fun and fellowship with friends, or engaging in Pinterest inspired crafting projects!

Tiffany Ford, MA, LPC, NCC
Tiffany is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in the counseling and educational services of adolescents and adults. She is also a certified Teacher (Social Studies 4-12 and Special Education EC-12) and served as a classroom teacher for more than twenty years. Tiffany regularly leads therapeutic groups for adolescents and adults within inpatient and outpatient facilities. She also mentors and supports young adults who are victims of abuse, trauma and neglect.
Tiffany utilizes multimodal therapy techniques as she believes most psychological challenges are multifaceted, multi-determined, and multilayered and that comprehensive therapy calls for a careful assessment of every client. Since no two people have identical psychological experiences, Tiffany works to tailor therapy to meet the distinct needs of each individual.

Born in a small town in Indiana, Tiffany attended Purdue University and the University of Texas at San Antonio where she earned her B.A. in History and Sociology. Tiffany holds Masters’ Degrees in Education Administration and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University. Tiffany is a proud Army wife and mom to 3 children and 2 wonderful dogs. When she's not in the office, Tiffany is likely to be cruising with her family, soaking up sun next to an ocean, cooking great meals or planning a new adventure.

Hayley Willis, MS, LPC, NCC, EMDR, TFCBT-T

With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, Hayley offers a unique and eclectic approach to help you increase self-awareness, enhance relationships, and encourage your diversity through growth. Hayley draws from multiple therapeutic approaches and highlights collaboration with you to best tailor the treatment to meet your needs. Her goals are simple; focused on providing a secure and compassionate environment that fosters the client-counselor relationship and aids in your voyage to healing.
Hayley is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), certified in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma, and Narrative Therapy. Hayley’s skills best serve those experiencing needs in emotional regulation/disturbance, depression and anxiety, life coaching, life transitions (e.g., divorce, career changes, relationship changes, etc.), victim trauma, PTSD, crisis stabilization, and those with military/police affiliations.
Her educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, a Bachelor’s in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavioral Analysis, and an Associate’s Degree focusing on Forensic Psychology; she is also currently pursuing a Doctorate in Psychology.
Hayley grew up in a small mountain town located in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of Northern California. Hayley loves to travel and has lived in many different states across the USA due to military relocations. She’s a certified scuba diver and working on her skydiving license. When she’s not assisting clients or working on her doctoral assignments, she loves to spend time with her husband and three spoiled kitties while putting her creative efforts into redecorating her home.

Jasmine Wilson is a Licensed Marriage and and Family Therapist-Associate, supervised by Tammy Fisher, MA
LPC-S, LMFT-S. Jasmine is a native of Los Angeles, California and earned a Bachelor’s of Arts from the University of California Riverside, and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from National University. Jasmine is a Navy Veteran and spouse, she has been married for 17 years and has three children.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, she understands that relationships can get difficult and at times seem impossible to navigate successfully. Jasmine speacializes in helping couples and families who feel like stress and anxiety are high, communication is flawed, and find difficulties confronting the issues effectively. She works diligently to help individuals step out of the fog, begin to identify and enhance healthy behaviors, communicate effectively to resolve conflict, and confront negative thought patterns. She aims to challenge each individual to develop the skills necessary to approach life from a clear view of self.
Jasmine’s experiences over the past 20 years in the military community have also sparked her desire to assist military families to overcome the many challenges that service members and dependents face.

Madalyn Alvarez, Graduate Intern
Madalyn, affectionately know as Madi, is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a focus on Trauma and Crisis, through Walden University. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
Madi was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and continues to pursue her counseling career in Texas. She firmly believes in utilizing a person-centered approach to encourage her clients to regain control over their lives and find healthy coping techniques to deal with the daily stressors of life. In her downtime, Madi works as an indoor spin instructor and spends time with her husband and three-year-old son.
Madi believes that life is in unpredictable and sometimes, things happen outside of our control. She wants to encourage her clients to embrace the things they can control to help them feel empowered to conquer life’s challenges!

Victoria Layton, Graduate Intern
Victoria is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through
Liberty University. In 2014, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in
Intercultural Studies, from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in Ohio.
Victoria strives to create a safe and collaborative environment in which clients can reach their
goals and improve their well- being. She uses multiple techniques based in cognitive- behavioral
and solution- focused approaches to empower the client and address their individual needs.
Originally from Ohio, Victoria spent several years traveling the country with her husband,
gaining experience and adventure, before putting down roots in Texas. In her free time, she loves
traveling and spending time with her husband, being outdoors, and spending time with their pets.

Myriah Perry, Graduate Intern
Myriah Perry is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy through Capella University with a Graduate Certificate in Counseling. She has received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University at New Hampshire. Pursuing a license in both Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy, her passion is to help all by providing a non-judgmental space to deal with everyday concerns.
Myriah is a native of Clarksville, Tennessee as she was born and raised in the Rocky Top state. As a Space Force spouse, she has traveled all over the country from Texas, Maine, Missouri, Colorado and now back to Texas to support the mission. She has been married for 10 years and has three energetic boys aging 6 and under. Being a military child and now spouse, it’s a desire to help the military community. She currently serves as a Key Spouse Mentor for the Space Force and is striving to assist military families with overcoming hardships that service members, veterans and dependents endure daily.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist intern, she understands that relationships can get intense and at times seem impossible to successfully work through. Myriah specializes in working with couples to support their goals of finding ways to strengthen and enrich their emotional connection, exploring sexual issues, expanding communication skills, and understanding how past experiences can continue to impact present-day interactions. She firmly believes in focusing care on the needs of the client by utilizing a person-centered approach. Additionally, because she is systemically trained, she also works with families and individuals dealing with life struggles of feeling inadequate, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, and much more.
