For clinical positions, we offer a hybrid work model, which involves working with clients through both in-person and online appointments. Our Client Care Coordinator Position is fully remote. Qualifications:

Qualifications for all positions-

•    Personally and professionally embrace diversity, inclusivity, mindfulness, self-care, bravery, and vulnerability

•    Reside in San Antonio, TX

•    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

•    Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications for licensed counselors-

•    Possession of a valid license to practice in Texas (LPC, LPC-Associate, LMFT, LMFT-Associate) with no complaints and/or restrictions imposed on your license 

•    Availability to work some evenings and/or Saturdays 

•    Adherence to ethical guidelines established by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors and the Texas State Board of Examiners of Marriage and Family Therapists

Qualifications for graduate interns-

•    Enrolled in a CACREP or COAMFT accredited Master's level mental-health related degree program

•    Commitment of at least 15 hours per week for 2 semesters

•    Availability to work some evenings and/or Saturdays 

•    Adherence to ethical guidelines established by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors and the Texas State Board of Examiners of Marriage and Family Therapists

Qualifications for Client Care Coordinator-

•    Previous administrative & customer service experience

•    Previous experience working with HIPAA related documents, insurance companies, and medical records
