Life is a whirlwind of emotions, experiences, and memories. With or without faith there are always unexpected events that happen. I know first-hand how important it is to have someone to go through those events, memories, and experiences with you. Someone to sit with you and help navigate you through the pain, complex emotions, and feelings you might be experiencing. I am more than grateful to have the opportunity to be that person and help cultivate positive change, growth, and wellness.
I am a graduate counseling intern under the supervision of Latasha Teamer, MS, LPC-S, LMFT-S. I want to help individuals of all ages as they go through life’s biggest curveballs. I have an aspiration to create a peaceful, warm, and inviting environment that everyone feels comfortable and safe laying down their troubles in. Whether you are a child adjusting to school,
a young woman finding her footing in life, or someone seeking positive change, I am here to be that person for you.
If it aligns with your values, I am happy to incorporate Christian based beliefs/ideas/interventions into our counseling session. I also will incorporate art-based approaches if that is beneficial for you. My passion is to help shift perspective, thought patterns,
and issues within your control into more positive ones. Ultimately, we are working towards independence with utilizing techniques and coping skills on your own to help meet life’s challenges.
Whatever you are going through in life, you are important, valued, and never alone. I am more than happy to walk alongside you as we move towards a healthier, peaceful mindset.
